MISSION STATEMENT
My goal is to assist in transforming the educational system in my native nation of Liberia which hinders access to information. Access and application are the only true factors that separate the African child from the Western child. A model designed specifically for Liberia that is uniformed and can be propagated to the entire nation is also required. 
VISION STATEMENT
As an IT professional, the goal of using the cloud and virtualization to enhance education relies on the ability to have schools and future e-libraries access the required information with efficiency at a low cost.

Dr. Moice Ekundayo Dixon, PhD envisions using the technology of the cloud and virtualization to enhance the educational systems in developing nations. His focus is on his native nation of Liberia. Investments made in ICT (Information, Communication & Technology) and the cloud are offering wide ranges of economic opportunities for lower and middle-income countries. It also allows nations to move into a knowledge economy becoming both the consumers and creators of knowledge-based products.  Utilizing STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) are the cornerstone of leap frogging Liberia into the 21st century and beyond. Dr. Moice Ekundayo Dixon holds an MBA in Management Information Systems, MS in Information Security, and a PhD in Information Technology along with a 20 year teaching career as an Adjunct Professor at various colleges and univerisities along with 28 years of information technology experience.
