There should be a melding of the architecture that encompassed the pre-republic and the post-republic,  should be analyzed to determine if a unique and new architecture can be developed and fostered to illustrate the uniqueness of the nation and amalgamation of the cultures that make up the republic. There should be efforts to use our environment to utilize the various resources that we have such as sun, wind and rain.
